Questions about official Coke County criminal records belong with the government office that created or keeps the document. The contacts below distinguish the sheriff's arrest and incident files from court records at the combined County and District Clerk and statewide criminal history held by Texas DPS.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve records, conduct official checks, correct or remove an entry, or accept a Texas expunction filing. Those services remain with the proper public custodian.

The sheriff does not advertise a separately named records division. Its official contact is Coke County Sheriff's Office, Attn: Open Records, 13 E. 7th Street, P.O. Box 9, Robert Lee, Texas 76945, 325-453-2717. The office accepts the signed form by email at sheriff@co.coke.tx.us. Call before visiting because the published courthouse schedule can change during elections.
